Using the PDV

Making a sale

1. Enter the amount

   On the main screen, enter the sale amount in BRL. Minimum is R$ 20.00.

   Optionally, add a description (e.g., “Table 5”, “Order 123”).

2. Generate QR Code

   Tap “Gerar QR PIX”. The system creates the charge and displays the QR Code.

3. Customer pays

   The customer scans the QR Code with their bank app and confirms the PIX payment.

4. Automatic confirmation

   The screen updates automatically when payment is confirmed. You’ll see a green success indicator.

5. New sale

   Tap “Nova Venda” to return to the main screen.

Sale status

Status	Meaning
Awaiting payment	QR generated, waiting for payment
Paid	PIX payment confirmed
Expired	QR expired without payment
Error	Processing issue

Sales history

Access the Historico tab in the bottom bar to view all sales.

• Cashiers see only their own sales
• Managers see all store sales
